Steps to reproduce:

Update expiration year of credit card in Firefox Android 110.0.1. It's not sync to Firefox Windows 109.01.

Actual results:

Firefox Windows still has the old expiration year of same credit card.

Expected results:

The expiration year of the credit card in Firefox Windows should be updated.
